Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day no-reason return window from the date your order is delivered. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not covered by us unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method because the customer remains responsible until the return is received.

Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable Cases

Custom or personalized products should be treated as final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
